Mrs. Felicidad (Meaning happiness in Spanish)  is the owner of this beautiful appartment. Its great location makes your staying confortable and you take the most of your staying.
The apartment has excellent connections by underground with 3 lines, 300 mts. away from home and one of them corresponds to the main train station “Sants”.
Only 2 minuts by direct underground from Paseig de Gracia, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, the most important and famous Gaudi’s works and Las Ramblas in Plaza Catalunya.
Mrs. Felicidad works as a hairdresser, She is 62 yo. and lives with her daugther Lorena, 27 yo.  She works as a administrative in a family business.
The apartment has a very sunny, nice and cosy terrace.
