The prices of our homestay accommodation will depend on the city and also on the length of stay. In expensive cities like Madrid and Barcelona, the prices are higher than in less expensive cities like Valencia and Sevilla.

You can find below the prices for all Venamicasa homestay programs and cultural activities for groups. All prices are final nett prices, that is, there are no additional or hidden fees, including:
- Rooms with window or balcony completely furnished.
- City center, excellent location and nearby to public transport.
- Half Board: daily breakfast and dinner.
- All general expenses of the house: power electricity, water, gas.

Special Dates: There is a charge of 12 € per night and per person on the following dates:
- Christmas: December 20th to January 2nd.
- Easter
- Las Fallas in Valencia: March 10th to 20th.
- April Fair in Sevilla.
For longer stays and for big groups, we offer a important discount prices always, even on special dates.

How to book your Spain Homestay Accommodation?
1.- You need to pay a deposit in advance, this is part of the total amount payable. You then pay the remaining sum directly to your host family. The deposit guarantee your booking and it is the guarantee of your staying, it can be made effective by a bank transfer. We send you the full details of your Host in Spain (home’s telephone and mobile phone of your Host with the full address), only once made effective the payment of the deposit. It is not refundable.
2.- For your own security, you must send us a scanned copy of your passport and the passports of anyone else joining you and a telephone number to contact in case of emergency.
