The Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced at Almazara Molino del Motrotón in Turís (Valencia) comes from different varieties: The main varieties of olives are: 80% Villalonga (also known as Valencian Manzanilla); from this variety it is produced the Molino del Motrotón brand.
A 10% of the variety Picual and the rest are Blanqueta and Sollana, are used to elaborated other trade marks. All of them typical Mediterranean crop and really tasty with an intense aroma.
The result of the proper care of the olive groves is its extra virgin olive oil with its exclusive fruity flavoured so peculiar in the area of Turis, Valencia.
